Reset Your Postini Message Center Password

When your user account is first created for Postini you are given a temporary password that must be changed the first time you log in. If you lose this password you can request a new temporary password be sent. After you receive the temporary password, you can log into the message center and change it.

To reset your password:

1. In your web browser go to http://login.postini.com
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter an invalid password.
4. Click Login
5. Click "Forgot Your Password?"
6. Click Submit

A new password will be emailed to the address on file.
